5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size selected), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
