Download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium) will not be shipped.

Download products will be sent to you as a file by e-mail within 24 hours after the payment .

Download products can be downloaded via the link sent by email. The process of sending this e-mail with access data for the execution of the download takes place within 24 hours after placing the order.

Returns

Kwict strives to provide our customers with excellent assistance and with a fair return services. To ensure our customers are satisfied with the product(s) they order, we offer a 30 day return period. For digital products, we cannot cancel orders if you have already received the activation code, as this item is no longer safe and secure and there is no way to re-sell that item. Our promise is that if you contact us for help within the first 30 days of purchase and we cannot fix your activation problem, we’ll provide a FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

• Customer changed his mind (due to nature of a digital item, we do not allow returns for this reason)
• Software is not compatible with customer hardware (software compatibility is entirely a responsibility of the customer). example 1, purchases a windows software package for a MAC machine example 2, purchases a product suitable for windows 10 only, but has a windows 8 operating system.
